Hotel reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to share accommodation, please indicate the name of the participant with whom you have arranged to share a room. Reservations should be made no later than 1 March, 2018. After this date desired hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
After payment in fully amount is received (free of bank fee) technical organizer will send prepaid hotel vouchers.

20.04. Mostar walking tour with professional English speaking guide, 2 hours
The Old Bridge, UNESCO World Heritage Site, connects the cobblestone streets of Mostar’s old town on either side of the river, as well as the mix of Ottoman, Western and Mediterranean influences that shaped this charming place.
Walking through Mostar is a walk through the past. Its ancient walls tell timeless tales of the way it used to be. Its present struggle to keep its identity as a multi-ethnic community is an inspiring model for the future.

21.04. Pocitelj, Buna half day tour
Although there are many similarities in language, ethnicity, culture and identity, Herzegovina’s history is quite distinct from Bosnia’s. Herzegovina has been settled for over 12,000 years and each civilization has left a mark on its rich cultural heritage. Crossroads of civilizations, in the full sense of the word, this region is literally an open air museum.
Tour will start at 16:00 hours from Hotel Mepas and we will first visit the UNESCO world heritage city Pocitelj. After Pocitelj, the tour will be continued by visiting the nearby village of Blagaj. Blagaj’s highlights are the Buna Spring and the adjacent Ottoman house/monastery. The spring flows out of a 200 meters cliff wall and single-handedly creates the Buna River.
Dinner will be organized by at the restaurant by the Buna spring.

A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for delegates with a confirmed and registration that has been paid in full.
If you need invitation letter, please mark it on registration.
In case of a visa request rejection, we will refund the full registration fee only upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy.
