BANTAO 2017

The registration form on the Congress website: www.bantao2017.ba should be used when registering for the Congress. Please note that registrations will not be effective until the organizers receive the registration fees.

Please send the completed registration form and the proof of payment via e-mail or fax to the Technical Organizer PROMO TOURS.

* The deadline for the Early Bird Registration is June 30th , 2017.

** According to ERA-EDTA list of countries whose members pay the special discounted fee, BANTAO Board has decided to implement Discounted Registration fee for BANTAO Congress in following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, F.Y.R. of Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia (BAND B).

Full Registration fee is payable for Slovenia, Croatia, Turkey, Greece and other non-BANTAO Countries (BAND A).

The price of the registration fee includes VAT.

The registration is free of charge for students (excluding gala dinner)

The registration fee includes:

Attendance at all scientific sessions and exhibition, Final program, Abstract book, Congress bag, Certificate of attendance, Coffee breaks, Gala dinner

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the registration and/or reservation form, technical organizer PROMO TOURS will send invoice and instruction for payment. After payment is well received (free of bank fee) each participant will receive a letter of confirmation.

The Technical Organizer has reserved hotel rooms for the delegates. You can book your accommodation on the Congress website: www.bantao2017.ba

Hotel accommodation is booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to share accommodation, please indicate the name of the participant with whom you have arranged to share a room. Reservations should be made no later than June 30th, 2017. After this date desired hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

Shuttle service from/to chosen hotels will be provided from/to congress venue

The above mentioned prices indicated per person including taxes, lunch including one soft drink at congress venue hotel Holiday (per program) and VAT and are valid only if the booking is made through the official technical organizer. After payment is well received (free of bank fee) technical organizer will send prepaid hotel vouchers.
